Venue Notes
In line with current covid-19 guidance parents and children should wait outside the building for their class teacher to come and collect them for class. Parents should then wait outside the building for children to be brought to them at the end of class. Please note children will not be allowed to leave until their appropriate adult has come to collect them (unless class teacher has been expressly been informed otherwise)

Camp notes

PAYMENT CAN BE MADE VIA BANK TRANSFER TO AVOID PLATFORM FEES, PAYMENT MUST BE MADE AT TIME OF BOOKING

• Please book your own child/children only - please do not book on behalf of other parents (this is so we hold the correct details for medical/emergency reasons)

• Please send your child with a bottle of water and small snack.

• Please send your child in comfortable clothing with clean trainers/dance shoes.

•If you choose to cancel your booking, no refunds will be given unless the following scenario applies.

If your child is unable to attend this camp due to serious illness and you have to cancel your space within 14 days of the first day of attendance, a discretionary refund of 75% of the camp booking value can be offered to the booker upon request.
